We offer free, confidential psychotherapy services to eligible refugees, asylum seekers, and First Nations and Inuit individuals across Canada. Our team of culturally competent, trauma-informed therapists is dedicated to supporting clients navigating mental health challenges related to trauma, resettlement, anxiety, depression, grief, and more. Services are available in multiple languages and can be accessed both in-person and virtually.
Psychotherapy
A psychotherapy session is a confidential and supportive space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours with a trained therapist. During the session, you’ll work together to identify challenges, set goals, and develop strategies to improve your mental well-being. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, or simply seeking personal growth, the therapist will use evidence-based techniques to guide you through the process. Sessions are tailored to your unique needs, ensuring a safe and non-judgmental environment where you can openly express yourself and work towards positive change.
ICA Counselling & Supervision offers trauma-informed psychotherapy, student supervision, and culturally-responsive mental health care. We welcome individuals, couples, and supervisees — in-person or online.
