I provide online psychotherapy in both Farsi and English, working with individuals and couples navigating a wide range of mental health and life challenges. My work focuses on supporting concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma-related experiences, relationship and communication difficulties, emotional regulation challenges, grief and loss, stress, neurodivergence (including autism), bipolar and borderline-related challenges, and major life transitions.
My approach is collaborative and tailored to each client’s unique needs, values, and strengths. I am particularly passionate about working with clients from diverse and refugee communities and increasing access to culturally sensitive mental health care. Together, we work toward greater clarity, resilience, emotional balance, and healthier relationships.
