Hi, I’m Huda!
You may be used to holding everything in, constantly overthinking, or feeling like no one fully understands the unique pressures you carry. When you are trying to honour your roots, navigate family expectations, and carve out your own path, it can be exhausting, and it often leaves you feeling like you have to figure it all out on your own.
Therapy can be a space to finally slow down. Whether we are untangling anxiety, exploring how you relate to others, or using inner child work to heal old patterns, my goal is to help you process your experiences and feel more secure in your relationships and your identity.
My approach is warm, trauma-informed, and collaborative. I draw from CBT, EFT, Narrative Therapy, and somatic techniques, tailoring our sessions to what actually works for you. Because our backgrounds deeply shape how we heal, I also offer faith-based therapy and provide support in Arabic for those who feel more comfortable in their native language.
I’m currently completing my Master of Science in Psychotherapy at McMaster University. As a student psychotherapist, I offer low-cost therapy sessions under the supervision of an experienced Registered Psychotherapist.
I welcome you to book a free 15-minute phone consultation to connect, ask questions, and see whether working together feels right for you :)
