Jessica is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). Her registration number is 17471. Jessica holds a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Social Psychology from McMaster University.
With her background, Jessica strives to view clients in their entirety, considering the emotional, cognitive, behavioural, and relational factors that contribute to their experiences. She offers a warm, empathetic, and relatable approach, aiming to create a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment for clients to explore their concerns.
Jessica works with adults (18+) experiencing anxiety, perfectionism, ADHD-related challenges, people-pleasing patterns, low self-esteem, stress, burnout, life transitions, and relationship difficulties. She also supports clients who are navigating overthinking, emotional overwhelm, difficulty setting boundaries, and patterns of self-criticism.
Her approach is collaborative and integrative, drawing primarily from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), client-centred therapy, and Geek therapy, tailored to each client’s needs and goals. Jessica focuses on helping clients build practical coping strategies, increase emotional awareness, and develop a more grounded and compassionate relationship with themselves.
