Guidance for Growing Clinicians
Clinical supervision nurtures professional development.
Clinical supervision is a collaborative process where experienced professionals support and mentor newer clinicians. It provides a safe space to discuss challenges, explore solutions, and enhance skills. This practice not only boosts confidence but also ensures the highest quality of care for your clients. By engaging in regular supervision, you gain invaluable insights, refine your therapeutic approach, and foster a deeper understanding of your work, ultimately enriching both personal and professional growth.
Clinical Supervision
ICA Counselling & Supervision offers clinical supervision for psychotherapists, social workers, and students seeking supportive, ethical, and trauma-informed guidance in their clinical work. Supervision sessions provide a reflective space to explore casework, enhance therapeutic skills, navigate ethical dilemmas, and support professional growth. Appointments are available virtually or in-person and meet CRPO and OCSWSSW requirements for supervised practice.
