As a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), creating a space where you feel comfortable, supported, understood, and respected is central to my work, including providing a collaborative environment where you can express yourself, work toward your goals, and grow at your own pace. I support individuals experiencing concerns such as anxiety, stress, interpersonal relationships, grief, depression, and life transitions.
I use an integrative, culturally responsive approach that draws from several modalities, including narrative therapy, interpersonal psychotherapy, Gestalt therapy, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness-based techniques. Additionally, I am able to communicate in Arabic.
