👋 Hi, I’m Amy.
I’m a student therapist in the Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology program at Yorkville University, and a Qualifying Member of the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario.
As a proud Métis woman, a 2SLGBTQIA+ ally, a neurodivergent-affirming practitioner, and an ally for BIPOC communities, I strive to offer an inclusive, culturally sensitive, and affirming space where you can feel seen, heard, and valued.
My approach is client-centered and trauma-informed — your individual needs, lived experiences, and goals are at the heart of our work together. I integrate evidence-based therapeutic methodologies such as CBT, DBT, ACT, EFT, SFBT, Narrative Therapy, and Somatic Psychotherapy, tailored to support your unique healing process. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, addiction, relationship challenges, or life transitions, we’ll co-create a path that feels meaningful and supportive for you.
I currently offer virtual sessions and a sliding scale to support accessibility — please feel free to reach out to see if you qualify.
✨ If you’re curious or ready to begin, I invite you to reach out for a free consultation.
I would be honoured to walk alongside you on your healing journey. 💛
