I am currently pursuing a Master of Social Work and hold an undergraduate degree in Psychology with experience supporting adults, children, and families across home, community, educational, and clinical-based settings. My approach is trauma-informed, anti-oppressive, and culturally responsive, grounded in ethical, evidence-based, systems-level thinking and practice.
I am committed to ensuring clients feel safe and supported by centering client voices and experiences, identifying systemic barriers, and working collaboratively with clients to foster safety, empowerment, and resilience, working toward client goals within virtual therapeutic spaces.
I am compassionate, empathetic, and adaptable, offering practical, strengths-based support to assist individuals and families during periods of transition and challenge. I am committed and honoured to walk alongside you in a way that is meaningful and helpful to you and your journey.
