I am completing my Master of Social Work at Wilfrid Laurier University. I support clients navigating life transitions, anxiety, perfectionism (e.g., professional and academic), and challenges in relationships. I use a flexible “mosaic” approach to therapy, drawing from various evidence-based frameworks and modalities to provide culturally and faith-based responsive care.
I strive to create a space where your identities and lived experiences are welcomed, knowing that healing happens when all parts of ourselves are acknowledged. I am a first-generation Pakistani woman who grew up in Canada, come from a Muslim background, and am fluent in Urdu/Hindi.
